How many days of credit do we give a new customer?

Frequently asked questions
What is an advanced answer?
An answer that takes more thinking: research, drafting, analysis or making a PDF or a spreadsheet. The simple stuff (a fact, a greeting, rewriting something short) is a fast answer. Background work counts by how long it took, and voice by the minute.
What happens if we run out?
Kedler doesn't shut off: it keeps going in fast mode until the 1st and lets you know quietly. Long work and voice wait until the 1st. Admins get a heads-up at 80% and 100%.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You get 14 days of Pyme free, Google connectors included and no card. Then you move to Free (50 advanced and 150 fast answers a month for the whole company) and nothing gets locked.
What if we have more people than the plan includes?
Each extra person is $3.50 a month and adds 150 advanced answers to the team's pool. They're added automatically when someone joins and removed when they leave.
Can everyone pay for their own?
Yes. With “Everyone pays their own”, each person pays $7 a month for 300 advanced answers of their own, and whoever doesn't pay uses the company's Free plan. If the company later gets Pyme or Business, those spots are canceled and the unused part is refunded.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes: a CFDI 4.0 (Mexican e-invoice) for every payment, for the company or for each person who pays their own spot. It arrives by email and stays in Plan & billing.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime. When you switch, the difference is prorated. With yearly billing you pay 10 months and use 12. If you cancel, you move to Free at the end of the period and nobody loses their chats or knowledge.
